Although availability may be indicated on our site, we cannot guarantee product availability or immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.

Subscription and Recurring Products

Your subscription product will be shipped within 5 business days. Orders placed on Saturday's, Sundays and Public/Federal/Bank Holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Your tracking reference number will be supplied.

Your Hadeda lands on your stoep at the agreed frequency from when you placed your order.

About Chocolate

Items are not shipped with ice packs due to the nature of the other products in the box .

Please note that we cannot offer refunds/returns for chocolate items that have melted. We will endeavor to package your prizes in the best possible way!
